I did not set out to build a consultancy. I set out to be useful — to the one school I was in, to the teachers around me, to the children in front of me.
But somewhere along the way, a quiet question kept finding me. I have learned so much from being inside schools — from every responsibility I carried, every problem I have lived through — and I am only sharing it with one school at a time. Is that enough?
I stayed with that question for longer than I should have. And eventually, honestly, I could not find a good reason to keep saying no to it.
